
Self-Love Wednesday


Hello loves! Why is it ONLY Wednesday and why do we still have 3 more full days of meetings, conference calls and acting completely fake while on the phone with that pesky client. Enough is enough already! If you ever feel like screaming, crying, kicking or fleeing the country for a while…do not worry. You are NOT alone. We have all been there. Let’s face it, stressors at work can take a toll on us no matter what our job is. When we’re stressed at work or in our personal life, it’s human nature to put ourselves down. Instead of thinking negatively and constantly focusing on what’s wrong in our lives, let’s take some time to appreciate ourselves. Read my self-love affirmations and hopefully they will make the day go by a little easier. 🙂
